Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) is responsible for defining and executing NAC's long-term technology strategy. The CTO will lead the development of advanced hybrid-electric propulsion, AI-assisted flight control systems, autonomous technologies, and next-generation aerospace innovations that power the SkyLine Sentinel program.

Experience Required: 15+ years

Education: Master's or PhD in Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities

• Define the company's long-term technology roadmap.
• Lead research and development (R&D).
• Drive innovation in hybrid-electric propulsion systems.
• Oversee AI-assisted Fly-by-Wire and autonomous flight technologies.
• Supervise engineering departments and technical leaders.
• Evaluate and implement emerging aerospace technologies.
• Build partnerships with universities, research institutes, and technology companies.
• Support certification and technology validation.
• Present the company's technology vision to investors and strategic partners.
• Protect intellectual property and oversee patent strategy.

Requirements

• 15+ years in aerospace engineering or advanced technology development.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Strong background in aircraft systems, propulsion, avionics, or AI technologies.
• Excellent leadership and strategic planning skills.
