Chief Design Engineer 

The Chief Design Engineer leads the overall aircraft design process and is responsible for transforming engineering concepts into a certifiable, manufacturable, and high-performance aircraft. This role oversees the complete aircraft configuration, including aerodynamics, structures, propulsion integration, cabin layout, and production-ready design

Education: Master's or PhD in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the complete aircraft design process.
• Define aircraft configuration and layout.
• Manage 3D CAD development.
• Oversee aerodynamic and structural integration.
• Coordinate propulsion and systems integration.
• Ensure compliance with certification requirements.
• Lead design reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR).
• Optimize aircraft weight and manufacturability.
• Supervise engineering drawings and documentation.
• Collaborate with manufacturing and prototype teams.

Requirements

• 12+ years of aircraft design experience.
• Strong expertise in CATIA, Siemens NX, or similar CAD platforms.
• Experience with aircraft configuration development.
• Knowledge of composite structures and certification requirements.
• Excellent leadership and project coordination skills.
